Hi! I'm Cara Emilia Gregor

Intuitive Painter • Artist • Creative Guide

I’m an intuitive painter and Sacramento-based artist who believes creativity is less about "perfection" and more about showing up, playing with color, and trusting your instincts.

I create colorful, expressive artwork and offer painting classes in Sacramento that encourage exploration over perfection. Whether I’m in the studio painting or teaching a creative class, my focus is the same: helping people feel more confident, connected, open, and the joy of art.

What is Intuitive Painting?

Intuitive painting is a creative practice that invites openness, curiosity, and trust in your own unique expression on the canvas. It’s unplanned, playful, and oh so much fun! --- My favorite way to create!

Give It A Try!

Intuitive Painting & Colorful Artwork

As an intuitive artist, I like to create freely and begin each painting without a fixed plan. Making one decision at a time, I let color, shape, and movement guide the process. This approach allows each piece to unfold naturally and results in artwork that is layered, expressive, and full of energy.

My paintings are known for their vibrant color palettes, organic compositions, and sense of joy. I'm inspired by nature, motion, and everyday moments with a little sprinkle of magic. Each one of my pieces invite you to slow down and smile.

If you’re drawn to colorful artwork that feels thoughtful, playful, and human, you’ll feel at home here.
